Directions

  1. Cut wings into separate pieces.
  2. Season with salt,pepper and garlic.
  3. Grill over medium low heat, turning often. Grill until wings are about 2/3 done Be careful not to char the wings.
  4. Melt butter in sauce pan and mix in hot sauce.
  5. Toss wings with hot sauce and butter until well coated.
  6. Bake on a rack over a sheet pan at 350 F until Crisp.
