Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Blend together Meatball ingredients and shape into 1" balls. Place in a baking dish.
  3. Mix together Sauce ingredients.
  4. Pour over meatballs.
  5. Do not cover.
  6. Bake 45 minutes- turn then a couple of times during cooking.
  7. Serve over or beside rice.
