ingredients

1 ¹⁄₄ lbs of extra lean ground turkey
1 whole egg
3 garlic cloves, pressed
¹⁄₂ cup barbecue sauce (any flavor)
¹⁄₂ cup breadcrumbs
1 small onion, diced

directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Add meatloaf mixture and flatten down slightly so that it's spread evenly in pan.
