Be-Deviled Pork Buns

"I found this on TheOtherWhiteMeat.com. Do NOT omit the dill pickle relish/chips, they really make the sandwich. I do believe, in certain parts of the country, that this is called a Loose Meat Sandwich, but don't quote me on that :)"

  1. Good! I cut back the cayenne to 1/2 t. and added some more beer as the meat simmered. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for posting.

I live in SM which is conveniently located about halfway between LA and SF in sunny CA. My husband, Thor, of 20 years is half Norwegian and half French ( I'm not sure what the other half is ). We have a great time together. We have no human children together instead we have three cats. I have way too many interests for my own good. Before I became horribly addicted to this website I used to enjoy gardening (veggies & flowers), knitting, reading books, taking photographs, trying to play the piano and listening to music. Oh, and movies, movies, movies. I love cats, Studebakers, sci-fi, Star Trek, Stargate, word games, science. <img src="http://www.recipezaar.com/members/home/532663/cookswithcattitude.JPG">
