I am a firehouse cook, and all the guys and gals loved this. I made it to take to work for a potluck lunch, and the organizer of the lunch told me that if this were a competion, I would have easily won. Nothing but praise. I added a few diced jalapeno's, 1 TBSP chili powder,2 tsp cumin, and a lb. of hot sausage. The tomatoes I used were diced Rotel with chilies. Next time I make this, I am going to experiment with different kinds of beans.
