  1. It needed the onions for texture, but otherwise it was very easy and tasty.

  2. This is how I make mine. So easy and tastes soo good. Sometimes I add green chile to my beans.

  3. I wanted an easy to make bean burrito but a little more like you'd get in a restaurant as enchilada style. This was simple to make and was very good. I waited to pour the enchilada sauce on top until the burrito became slightly crispy in the oven (but did put a layer on the bottom to prevent sticking and burning). Then added the enchilada sauce on top and cooked until just bubbly. That gave the burrito a nice texture like you'd get in a restaurant. Thanks a bunch for posting this keeper easy recipe! Cooking a great tasting meal doesn't always have to be complicated.
