- 1 tablespoon bay leaf powder
- 2 tablespoons white pepper
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 1 tablespoon mace
- 1 tablespoon ground cloves
directions
- Mix well and store in an air tight jar.

My advise: buy it at the store. Still available and made by Spice Islands. This recipe is not for the Beau Monde seasoning that I have had in the past. I don't know what this recipe is, but it sounds horrible. The ingredients on the Beau Monde bottle are: "Salt, Dextrose, Onion, Celery Seed, and Silicon Dioxide". So this "clone" recipe is way off. Someone has gotten a little too creative, I would say!!
