- 2 1⁄2 lbs confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 lb margarine or 1 lb butter, softened
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 (12 ounce) bags semi-sweet chocolate chips
directions
- In a bowl cream butter, peanut butter and vanilla.
- Beat in sugar.
- Roll mix into small balls and place on wax paper.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate chips.
- Using a round tipped toothpick dip peanut butter balls into chocolate. Leaving a small area of peanut butter exposed.
- Cool in refrigerator.
