Definitely a repeat recipe! I agree that the texture has something for everyone. I like crisp, DH likes chewy, these made us both happy. I cooled my cookies on an inside out paper grocery bag. I used the smallest Pampered Chef scoop (1 tbsp) and got exactly 60 cookies.Next time I may add chopped walnuts as well. Thanks for sharing! Made for PAC Spring 2009

These were a huge hit! It's definitely the perfect cookie for large groups as it has both the crunchy outside & the soft inside that seems to satisfy everyone. Since it's always a battle between the soft cookie lovers & the crunchy cookie lovers, this recipe just made everyone go, "Mmmmm! My favorite Chocolate Chip cookies ever!" :) I served them to a group of 12 today & there's not a crumb left. Thanks for sharing, backyrat! Made & enjoyed for the Spring 2009 Pick A Chef Orphanage.
