  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Cook onions in a large skillet on medium heat until softened.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook through.
  4. Stir in cumin, chili powder, oregano and salt.
  5. Add in 2 cans of the sauce.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes, adding water if mixture gets too dry.
  7. Heat refried beans in a saucepan on medium-low heat.
  8. Add cheese to the beans, stirring until melted.
  9. Remove beans from heat.
  10. Heat tortillas in microwave for 1 minute.
  11. Spread a small amount of beans on each tortilla.
  12. Add a small amount of meat on each tortilla.
  13. Fold over ends of tortilla and then roll them up.
  14. Put into a large baking dish and cover with foil to keep warm in oven until ready to serve.
  15. When ready, drizzle remaining can of tomato sauce over all the burritos and sprinkle with more grated cheese.
  16. Return to oven just long enough to melt the cheese.
