  1. Slice beef into thin slices.
  2. In skillet, over med-high heat, in hot oil, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned.
  3. Add onion; cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

  5. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
