Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
  • 1 (12 ounce) can roast beef in gravy
  • 12 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 14 teaspoon salt, to taste
  • 14 teaspoon pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Heat to boiling a quart of water in a large sauce pan.
  2. Cook noodles until al dente.
  3. Drain water and immediately return noodles to sauce pan.
  4. Add beef and gravy, using a fork to break up chucks.
  5. Add sour cream, frozen peas, and salt and pepper.
  6. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Leftovers of this stuff are gross, so try to eat as much as you can that very night.
