Oh these are very easy to make and very delicious! I doubled the recipe so that I could make a pan for my two brothers. It was still easy to put together. Everyone loves this recipe. It's a little different from the usually lasagna!!! DH and I loved this and I will be making it again and again. Thanks KeBel for posting this recipe. I am always looking for recipes for two people!

First, I have to apologize for not reviewing this sooner. I made these for the football pool you won a while back. I actually made these ahead of time on Sunday, put them in the frig and cooked them for dinner on Monday. I used my own pasta sauce but other then that followed the recipe as posted. These were really fun and make a nice dinner with a salad and some Italian bread ;)
