Directions

  1. Shred Jerky in a blender.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl (or a bag if you are hitting the trail) except water, Ghee, and Couscous.
  3. Bring Water and Ghee to a boil in a med saucepan.
  4. Mix in all ingredients from bowl (or bag) into the boiling water.
  5. Boil 8-10min.
  6. Stir in Couscous, cover and remove from heat.
  7. Wait 5 min, toss, and serve. Makes about 6 cups.
