  • Flour and season stew meat.
  • add oil to large pot and brown stew meat.
  • stir in soup and beer.
  • add cut up veggies.
  • cover and simmer on low for 3 hours.
  • hint: we desire more gravy so i double the soup and beer.
  • enjoy!

4 years ago my husband and I decided to shuck the coporate world and move to the country. Boy.... what a culture shock. The closest fast food or even small grocery store is 16 miles away. Needless to say..I have to COOK. I love to bake, but cooking is so-so. There's a definite difference. Anyhow...we love our 30 acres, we have horses and chickens that lay green eggs... I love to feed wild birds and I'd rather lay in my hammack with a recipe book then any novel.
