  1. Drain the raisins and mince into very fine bits. Combine with onion, ground beef, yogurt, pine nuts, cumin powder and seasoning, to taste.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  3. Divide the dough into 30 pieces and roll into balls or cut the puff pastry into 30 squares.
  4. Flatten each dough ball or puff pastry piece with your thumb to make a well. Fill the well with a spoonful of meat filling and press in the sides to make a square.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
