ingredients

1 lb ground beef
3 teaspoons catsup
2 teaspoons mustard
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
¹⁄₂ cup bread, broken into small pieces
¹⁄₄ cup milk
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

directions

Mix all ingredients together.
Broil in oven, or grill.

This was a very nice burger - I cut the recipe back to 1 6oz burger, did not add bread or milk. Served with mushrooms, salsa, tomato lettuce and more raw onion. Oven fries with garlic, Parmesan & Adobo spice - Love my burgers thanks kmdpaolo for your recipe
