  1. I am a husband who NEVER cooks. I wanted to surprise my wife by making her dinner. I searched many beef burgundy recipes, and this was by far the easiest to make. It turned out great! She was so happy, and I was amazed that even I could make a delicious meal. Thanks!

  2. I didn't want to spend the time cutting anything but I wanted something that tasted like I did it in the crock pot. This recipe gets an A for no effort necessary. My house smelled delicious and its very yummy!! This will be a staple in our house with little ones and not a lot of time. Thanks!

  3. Made this for supper tonight for I wanted a easy meal for our Sunday dinner. The only change I made was to place everything into my slowcooker and cooked it on low for 6 hours. This was fabulous. I also fried four strips of crumbled bacon to add another hint of flavor. Quick, easy and taste great. Thanks!!

I live in a small town in southern Minnesota. I am recently retired, my husband and I had a small liquor store for 9 years. Before that I was a secretary for 20 years. I have 4 grown children and 14 grandchldren. I love to golf but the season is pretty short here. I quit smoking 1 1/2 years ago and now am on the Atkins diet. I'm finally getting healthy!
