Beef Casserole

"The cream cheese & sour cream really make this casserole irresistable! I use ground sirloin, light sour cream, and light cream cheese. It tastes just as good, but with less fat and calories."

  1. My entire family raved over this. I made this as written, but mixed the cooked noodles with the cream cheese/sour cream mixture and then proceeded as directed. We all loved the creamy noodles topped with the sweet tomato-sauced beef. This one's a keeper; thanx!

  2. This dish was very good. I enjoyed it immensely, but my son (6) thought it was a little too cheesy. I will make it again, but perhaps with a little less cream cheese.

Hi! I am a stay at home Mom. I have 2 children, a 2 year old and 3 year old. I used to love cooking, but after kids, it was sort of impossible to find the time to try new recipes. Now that my girls are a little older, I'm finally getting back into swing of things.
