Directions

  1. Brown beef and onion in large skillet. If necessary, drain when browned.
  2. Stir in stewed tomatoes, soup, and seasonings. Simmer 5-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in sour cream and cream cheese. Add cooked mafalda noodles.
  4. Turn into 2-quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
