"This is one of my Grandma's recipe's that I have enjoyed since I was little... it sounds kinda funny but it is AMAZING!!! And I'm picky! Hope everyone enjoys it!!!"

  • Brown meat in butter for about 5 minutes.
  • Add cauliflower, green pepper, soy sauce and garlic. Stir lightly to coat vegetables with soy sauce. Cover and simmer vegetables until barely tender (about 10 minutes).
  • In a separate bowl blend cornstarch, sugar and broth. Add to meat mixture with green onions.
  • Cook Stirring constantly until thoroughly heated and sauce is thickened.
  • Serve over a bed of rice.

I can't thank you enough for sharing your family recipe with all of us. My husband HATES vegetables and he can't stop eating the caulifower, and the beef comes out sooo tender. Truly a five star "keeper" recipe !!!!
