  1. Fantastic recipe Frank! I have made this several times and thought it was about time I rated it! The flavours are wonderful in this curry and not at all overpowering. I always half the recipe and it always turns out delicious. Definitely a keeper, so thanks a bunch for posting mate!

  2. Made this for the second time last night. This time I added 1 cup of frozen mixed veggies, 1/4 cup chopped dried apples, 1/4 cup of raisins and an extra cup of stock. It was a whole meal served with rice. The taste was terrific.

  3. Great recipe! I served the beef curry on jasmine rice with cucumber raita and puppodums. My husband loved it so I will definitely be making your recipe again.

  4. This recipe was ok but I found the curry powder in the sauce a bit overpowering, if I were to make it again I would half the curry powder and maybe add some yogurt at the end.

  5. This was a really good recipe. I added some chopped carrots and potato to make it more like a stew. It had just the right amount of curry flavor. Will definitely be making this again.

I live at sunny Cairns where the Barrier Reef meets the Rainforest. I am retired & computing is my favorite pastime also a few beers with the boys. Any cookbook that holds a recipe I might like, is my favorite. The only thing I can be passionate about is a good woman. My pet hate is seeing the boys wearing their baseball caps back to front. They're up to no good as they seem to be living in a world of their own. If I had a month off, I'd be doing the same as I'm doing now.
