  • 1 lb fresh ground beef
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons jamaican jerk spice
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped sweet white onions

Directions

  1. Combine egg, crumbs, onion, and jerk seasoning.
  2. Add in the ground beef and mix well.
  3. Shape into patties and grill or pan fry.
  4. Serve in a crusty roll with fresh tomato slice and mayo, and lettuce.
