Beef Marinade Supreme

"From an old Shreveport "Revel" cookbook. This marinade sounds like it will be very sweet, but really is not, once your meat is grilled. Use on any cut you like - brisket, steaks, tenderloin, eye of round, etc. - it's wonderful!"

  • Salt, pepper, and Accent the meat.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan, and heat until just warm.
  • Pour over meat (or place in ziploc bag with meat) and refrigerate 24 hrs.

I live in Sugar Land, Texas. I love to try new recipes. My husband jokes that if he likes something, I never make it again for 6 months! My children are very picky, but do have their favorites that I try to include in our menu more often than every 6 months.
