Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 lbs ground round
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 12 cup dry breadcrumbs or 12 cup pork rind
  • 13 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 14 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 34 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Shape mixture into balls about 1 1/2".
  3. Place on broiler pan that is coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.
