Directions

  1. Brown beef in a skillet with half the oil.
  2. Set beef aside.
  3. Add remaining oil and stir fry mushrooms and onion until tender.
  4. Stir in mixture of soup, water and mustard.
  5. Heat to a boil.
  6. Return beef to skillet and heat through.
  7. Serve with rice.
