  1. Cook beef, onion and pepper in skillet until meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, seasoned salt, and pepper.
  4. Blend cottage cheese and cream cheese together until fluffy.
  5. Spoon noodles into grease 10x6x2 inch baking dish (or use any size that you have that this will fit in).
  6. Spread cheese mixture over noodles.
  7. Pour meat sauce on top.
  8. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until heated through.
