Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Add beef strips and stir well.
  3. Top with tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil, and pepper.
  4. Place lid on pan and cook on medium/high for 10 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to low and cook for 30-45 minutes, or until meat is tender.
  6. Serve over rice, or egg noodles.
