  1. This was so delicious!! I doubled everything except for the ramen noodles. I really liked the taste of the beef and oriental flavor packets together. I didn't have broccoli or snow peas so I used extra red and yellow peppers and lots of sliced fresh mushrooms. Used a pound of skirt steak for the beef and it was so tender and juicy. My daughter kept sneaking in and taking a taste. Husband and granddaughter loved it too! I just love ramen noodle recipes! (Who would think they would make such tasty dishes)?

  2. This was a good, quick, easy to make weeknight meal. I followed the recipe as written other then I doubled it, used all green peppers as I didn't have any red and used all broccoli as I didn't have any snow peas. My youngest for some reason did not like it but everyone else enjoyed it. I would cut down on the ginger just a bit next time, as I did think it was a bit overpowering.

  3. This was just delicious- We really enjoyed it. Also very quick and easy clean-up. I served with Recipe #294872. I did make a few slight changes which I dont think affected the overall taste too drastically. I used a frozen pepper/onion blend for the fresh peppers. I omitted the snow peas, and used double the broccoli (also frozen). This dish was just enough for my husband, myself, and our toddler. It was very yummy and I will make again! Thanks!

  4. My husband LOVED this! We have paid good money for this same thing out on the town and this was cheap, easy and best of all, we didn't have to leave home! We only used green peppers since they were on sale out our store... but it still looks pretty and smelled even better while cooking... We will surely be making this one again!!!

  5. AWESOME!! So easy and very delicious. I only used one of the Ramen flavoring packets to cut down on the sodium and it was delicious. This will be a regular in our house!

I've been hanging around Zaar for a while, now and have found some really awesome recipes, but more importantly, some really awesome people. I'd like to thank all of you who have taken the time to try my recipes. Your reviews are a bright spot in my day. I believe that life is a collection of lessons that we must do our best to learn. One that I'm working on now is not judging those who judge others. I've come across this quote and thought I'd put it here: "The world is long on judgment and short on understanding. Judging is easy and self-satisfying. Understanding requires perspective, experience, and empathy."-Unknown
