- 1 rack beef rib (about 1 pound)
- coarse salt and fresh coarse ground black pepper
directions
- Sprinkle the ribs with a blend of salt and pepper.
- Place the ribs on the lower rack of a fire pit (nearest to the fire) or on a preheated grill, 300 to 350 degrees F. Cook until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 190 to 200 degrees F, 4 to 6 hours, rotating the meat three times throughout cooking.
