Directions

  1. Mix flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pound into the steak on both sides.
  3. Cut steak in 6 pieces.
  4. Heat oil in 10 inch skillet.
  5. Cook and brown beef for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add wine, garlic, and water.
  7. Heat to boiling.
  8. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.
  9. Add olives, carrots, and onions.
  10. Cover and simmer until beef and carrots are tender, about 30 minutes.
  11. Serve with buttered noodles.
