Beef Stew

"Relatively quick and easy beef stew that tastes great. Not too bad on the calories and not too high in fat... Takes longer than I usually like to cook - but while it's cooking you can go do other things..."

I work as an administrative assistant. For fun I like to go see movies (or watch them on TV), read, and sunbathe (when it's not too cold!). I don't have a favourite cookbook - generally I like to cook anything that is quick and tasty - if it takes me more than 30 minutes from start to finish - I'm not even going to go there!
