ingredients

2 lbs stew meat
2 large potatoes
5 medium carrots
2 medium onions
2 stalks celery
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
16 ounces water
¹⁄₃ cup minute tapioca
2 tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet (Brown Bouquet sauce)
2 teaspoons salt
¹⁄₄ teaspoon pepper
¹⁄₄ teaspoon garlic powder
¹⁄₄ cup ketchup
1 cup frozen peas (optional)

directions

Brown beef cubes in skillet. Place browned beef cubes and remaining ingredients in crock pot. Cook 6-8 hours on low.
If you like peas, add 1 cup of frozen peas for last half hour.
