  1. heat oil in wok.
  2. slice beef pieces and brown in oil.
  3. slice red pepper, onion, mushrooms and add to wok.
  4. chop tomato and add to wok.
  5. add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
  6. mix all together.
  7. Stir occasionally.
  8. Cover and cook on low heat for approximately 15 - 20 minutes until veggies are tender.
  9. serve over rice, cous cous or pasta.
