- 1 1⁄2 - 2 lbs steak beef tips
- 1 sliced onion
- 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup milk
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup wine (red or white)
- black pepper (to taste)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 -2 lb wide egg noodles
directions
- Brown steak tips and onion in skillet.
- Add mushrooms, milk, garlic, and beef bouillon; bring to boil.
- Mix together the wine and sour cream, add to skillet, and heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over wide egg noodles.
