Directions

  1. Cut beef into thin slices.
  2. Brown in beef and onions in the butter.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Cook and stir over low heat until mix bubbles and is smooth.
  5. Add and stir in beef stock.
  6. Boil 2 minutes.
  7. Add sour cream alternately with the tomato paste.
  8. Simmer and stir about 10 minutes.
  9. Salt and pepper.
