  • Dredge meat in flour,salt and pepper.
  • Over medium heat brown meat, onions and mushrooms in the oil.
  • Add tomato juice, consomme and sugar.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender 11/2-2 hours.
  • Blend in sour cream.
  • Heat but do not boil.

I'm Native American and live on a reserve. I love any thing that has to do with food from recipe collecting to grocery shopping. I'll try just about any food once.
