  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain.
  2. Add salt, garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Cut bread lengthwise in half, butter both halves and place on baking sheets.
  4. Remove meat mixture from the heat; stir in sour cream.
  5. Spoon onto the bread. Sprinkle with tomatoes, green pepper and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minute or until the cheese is melted.
  6. (The longer you bake the more crispy it will be).
  7. Take out of oven and let cool for 2 minute and enjoy!
