  • Dredge beef with cornstarch, sherry, 1 Tbsp soy sauce and ginger.
  • Heat
  • oil and saute beef strips.
  • When beef changes color, remove to a plate and in remaining oil saute bell peppers for 1 minute; add salt. Combine beef, peppers, 1 Tbsp soy sauce & sugar.
  • Heat well.
  • Serve on rice. MRS R.W.
