Beef With Guinness (Traditional Irish)

“This recipe is for a traditional Irish beef meal. Perfect to serve on or for St. Patrick's Day or any day. Rather than go with the traditional corn beef, I wanted a beef dish that would surprise my family and be good for company. I found it and credit The Best of Ireland. Hope it adds to your feast. Enjoy. ChefDLH”
