Beefy Biscuit Bake

"I got this recipe from my sister and it's delicious. I used prepared gravy and canned biscuits to make this quick and easy! It's great topped with a little shredded cheese too. You can substitute the water with red wine for something a little different."

Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture into a 2-quart baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil spray. Lay biscuits on the top of the mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown and beef mixture is bubbly.
