Beefy Biscuit Casserole

"Easy casserole to start on top of the stove and pop into the oven. If you don't have a oven-safe skillet, you can also start off by cooking your beef in the microwave in a casserole dish."

  1. It had alot of flavor but I would have baked the bisquits on the side next time the were soggy on the bottom. I used frozen green beans so the salt was fine. It was easy and tasted just as good the next day. Thanks

  2. This recipe is awesome & hearty & filling! Flavour-wise, it was perfect... on the second day - this is definitely a make the day before casserole; there was not a whole lot of flavour fresh out of the oven. I had to use "country biscuits" as my hubby couldn't find buttermilk biscuits (you may not be able to get them in Canada as I think I looked for them before) & omitted the sesame seed.

  3. This was very good. Easy to throw together at the last minute, yet with a very satisfying taste and attractive appearance. A bit saltier that I expected, I think with the salt in the cheese and canned beans that the added salt was probably not needed and I will greatly reduce the amount next time.
