- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
directions
- Fry beef in skillet until no longer pink, breaking up ito small pieces.
- Put into crock pot.
- Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover. Cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
