- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 1⁄2 cups beef broth
- 3 cups uncooked shell pasta or 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 1⁄2 cup chunky salsa
directions
- Cook beef in skillet until browned.
- Pour off fat.
- Add broth.
- Heat to a boil.
- Stir in pasta.
- Cook over medium heat 10 minute or until pasta is done, stirring often.
- Add soup and salsa.
- Heat through, stirring occasionally.
