Beekman's Lavender - Rosemary Chicken

"I picked this up at Beekman & Beekman website. They offer "pure varietal honeys". http://www.beekmanandbeekman.com/ It sounded SO good I wanted to save it for later! Prep time includes 3 hour marination time (it says 2-4 I picked 3 LOL) as well as how long I think it'll take to do the other stuff."

Questions & Replies

  1. Instructions include lemon juice in the marinade, but the ingredients do not include that item. Thanks for including the link to Beekman's; I found that their original posting of the recipe does not include the amount of lemon juice either. I've emailed them. Here is their reply: "Thank you for bringing the recipe error to our attention. No lemon juice is part of the recipe. We must correct that! Thank you again, Beekman & Beekman"
