Beer Braised Beef With Italian Salsa Verde

  • Combine salsa ingredients and chill for one hour.
  • Season beef with salt and pepper and brown in 1 tbl. olive oil.
  • Remove beef from pan and saute onion in 1 tbl olive oil.
  • Add beef back to pan, along with broth and beer. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer 90 minutes or until tender. Shred with a fork.
