  • Pierce brats with a knife.
  • Place brats in a sauce pan.
  • Add beer.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Lower heat to a simmer.
  • Simmer 15 minutes uncovered.
  • Heat up grill.
  • Thinly slice onion seperate into rings.
  • Place onion rings on a large sheet of foil.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt,pepper & adobo.
  • Fold foil & seal.
  • Place on grill 10-15 minutes or until tender.
  • Drain brats.
  • Place on grill.
  • Grill about 10 minutes, or until nicely browned, turning at least once.
  • Place brats in rolls top with onions.
  • Garnish as desired.
