- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 beer, pilsener (preference Corona)
- 350 g cream cheese
directions
- First, put the beer in a saucepan and let it boil for a little bit.
- Put the cream cheese inches.
- Blend until the mix gets white colored.
- Add the cheddar and blend it till it merges all together.
- For a nice presentation, cut and add some chive on top.
