Directions

  1. Slice the beet and apple and juice the grapefruit.
  2. Put fruit and veg in blender and pulse for a couple of seconds.
  3. Add ice cubes and as much OJ as you like (I use 1/4 cup) to make it smooth.
  4. Blend for half a minute.
  5. Pour. Enjoy!
