  2. Wow WiGal, was this incredible. I'm not much of a drinker anymore ...but boy was this good. It was a perfect blending of flavors. I felt like I was sitting on a beach, under a big umbrella sipping on a Tropical treat. What a lovely day dream. The drink was sweet, smooth and full of flavor. I will definitely be enjoying this again. My gf took the recipe home with her. We were both very impressed. The sweet creamed coconut was just perfect in this drink. Thank you so much for sharing.

  3. yum yum this is good. It has a nice kick from all the rum in it! Nice and creamy and sweet, just the way I like my drinks. I add just a touch more sour mix and a little less creme de coconut. Make sure if your cream de coconut is lumpy/thick to strain your drink thru a fine sieve when pouring into your glass or you'll have small little clumps of coconut that isnt very appetizing. Great recipe, this is a favorite for sure!

  4. This tastes like a tropical vacation. I made a half drink and added a lot of pineapple juice and used coconut milk. Made for ZWT 4 by a jefe de la cocina.

  5. Very, very good. This one is a keeper! Since my cream of coconut was in the fridge, it wasn't easy to mix, so I used a blender, which created pink foam. Funny thing - when I served my dh a Very frothy, Very pink drink, he just looked at me. A couple minutes later, he was asking for more. Thank you for sharing!
